Mike Bradley

Founder/CEO

Founding partner and CEO of ECD Systems, Mike began his career in Connected Building Technologies and Applications in 1981.  Having honed his skills in executive management roles Mike helped lead the growth of Chambers Communications and Safeguard Security and Communications, both specializing in commercial and residential technology applications. Together with COO Ben Wilson Mike acquired the contracting assets of Safeguard Security in 2014 which became the now successful ECD Systems. Mike has served on several industry and local boards and currently serves on the Tempe Chamber of Commerce board of directors.  He is a frequent speaker at industry events and contributor to national industry publications.

Ben Wilson

Founder/COO

Founding partner and COO of ECD Systems, Ben started his technology career in 1981 focused on security applications for commercial and residential buildings. Ben’s vast operations experience was tapped by Safeguard Security in 1997 where he served on the executive management team as vice president of operations alongside President Mike Bradley and Owner John Jennings during its rapid growth years. Ben joined Mike Bradley to form ECD Systems in 2014 and serves as its Vice President and COO. Ben has a national reputation as an outstanding manager and has been instrumental in positioning ECD Systems’ performance reputation and managing growth. Ben currently serves on the board for Safer Building Coalition specializing in building First Responder Communication and AZAA (Arizona Alarm Association).

Pete Clark

Vice President Residential Services

Pete is Vice President of Residential Services at iDesign Home Solutions, the Luxury Residential division of ECD Systems. Pete began his technology career in 1989. In 2000 Pete focused his experience on the multi-family and luxury residential market offering world class product lines while becoming an award-winning industry professional. Having previously worked closely with Mike and Ben, Pete joined the ECD Systems team in 2019 to build iDesign Home Solutions, a new residential business focused on applying the successful performance metrics of the ECD Systems commercial business to the Luxury Home Builder market. As a CEDIA (Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association) Outreach Instructor, Pete continues his education in the residential technology industry and continues to enjoy success working with some of Arizona’s premier luxury home builders.
